Our tour guides are critical to the Carambola Zip Line experience. You are responsible for the safety of all guests. Thrilling your guests on our zip-lines. You will be educating our guests on the local history, culture, flora, and entertaining the guests through humor and good natured banter. Your attention to our number one focus is always Safety. Using your humorous and friendly personality as well as your ability to put people at ease is key to delivering a fun and informative not-to-be missed experience for our guests. You set the tone, standard, and expectation of the entire experience we offer. Suitable candidates will meet or exceed these requirements by having the right mix of technical skills, confidence, and humor. Displaying professional leadership by identifying and managing risk and the ability to communicate clearly both written and verbally. You are responsible for outfitting guests according to Carambola Zip Line requirements and adhering to company policies and procedures. 

 

• Must be 18 years or older

• Must be able to stand and move around during your shift

• Must be able to lift 60lbs +

• Level one first aid. We will provide training.

• Technical mastery of all zip line equipment, rigging and course infrastructure. Will be provided along with training.

• Proficient in all course elements

• Sound judgment and decision making skills

• Effective communication skills and attention to detail

• Thrive in a fast paced, productive environment with constant change

• Serious attention to detail while promoting a fun work atmosphere

• A self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
